Driver Qualifications
Must meet the federal motor carrier guidelines.
Be at least 23 years old.
Be physically and mentally fit.
Possess a valid Class A CDL.
Must meet our insurance carrier guidelines.

1 year = 1 week paid

Bonus
Sign-on bonus.
$1,000 dollars and an additional $1,000 for every year of verifiable experience, up to $5,000. After six months worked, you will receive an installment, and every six-month period to follow. After 24 months worked, you will receive the final installment. Trainees who receive a $1,000 signing bonus will receive it after 52 weeks worked (one year).
All Military veterans will receive an additional $500.
Safety bonus.
Year-end bonus (based on profits, performance, and seniority).
Pass DOT roadside inspection with no violations or warnings and receive a $100 bonus.
Driver Recruitment Bonus - $3,000.00.
$1,500.00 referral bonus first 90 days.
$1,500.00 referral bonus after 90 days.
For referring a driver, he/she must qualify and work a full six months.
